Cannot start server if directory path contains Cyrillic symbols

Describe the bug

I try to start SpongeVanilla server in folder with cyrillic symbols (Стільниця), but it fails to start and crashes. If directory doesn't have cyrillic letters it will start normally. This is a problem for users, who have non-english localization on operating system.

Examples:
/home/user/Стільниця/sponge - Fails to load
/home/user/Рабочий Стол/sponge - Fails to load
/home/user/sponge - Loads normally
