[BUG] Insanely huge commit message

Bug Description

The commit message generated sometimes is very huge (the changes are a lot) and it takes a while to generate

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set Model llama3.2
2. Have large commit changes
3. Wait for an long time after running act gen
4. the commit message is huge

Expected Behavior

Message should be small, not exactly a one liner but concise nevertheless

Actual Behavior

Huge ass message

Environment

• OS: EndeavorOS
• Python Version: 3.10.6
• AutoCommitt Version: latest
• Ollama Version: 0.9.0
