Issue with build

This happens when I try to build

UnityEditor.EditorApplication:Internal_CallGlobalEventHandler ()

This happens in an empty Project as well. Assembly Version validation is unchecked.

Tried installing with packagemanager as well as OpenUpm. Problem persists both ways.

This also pops up along with the previously mentioned one.

I am having the same problem when trying to build an Android version with Unity 2021.3.6f1.

I am also getting this
Assembly 'UnityEditorInternals' has non matching file name: 'UnityEditorInternals2019.dll'. This can cause build issues on some platforms.

I cloned the repo and made that change myself, and that did not solve the problem for me.
