Baseline Info (please complete the following information):
- OS: Windows
- Version: 3.8
- Policy: Win - OIB - SC - Microsoft Edge - U - User Experience - v3.8
Describe the bug
Version 3.8 introduced the Edge Notification URL allow list for Microsoft.com and Cloud.Microsoft
It appears the wildcard format is not valid, causing the policy to be ignored.
We've encountered this issue when testing, and on checking the documentation it appears that while the policy is currently set to *.microsoft.com and *.cloud.microsoft the documentation shows for wildcards it should be [*.]microsoft.com and [*.]cloud.microsoft
We've changed these policies in our test tenant, and can see this has rectified the issue.
To Reproduce
Browse to a microsoft.com or cloud.microsoft site, clicking site info in address bar shows it's blocked.
Expected behaviour
Notifications should be "Allowed" on Microsoft sites.
