New Qr Code Package

Friends,
As we have all seen, unfortunately the package is not updated. Many people have forked the package. Currently, I have designed and published a similar process. Unlike other packages, the arrangements made in pull requests are included in this package.

You can see the usage examples of the package in the project. In summary, Laravel 10, 11, 12 versions and Php 8.3 and Php 8.4 support are available in the package.
