Update the Getting Started User Guide with corrections and minor changes #87
Description
Problem
Corrections are needed in the text of the User Guide called Getting Started. Needs for some minor changes to reflect the current version of SimVascular may become apparent during this process.
Solution
Update the documents in documentation/getting_started to make corrections. Keep track of other minor changes that are needed.
