Insert Matching Tags from Note Content

Basically, it looks at the words in your note and checks if any of them match tags you already have in your vault. If they do, it adds them to your frontmatter. Works with nested tags too, so if you have coding/python as a tag and "python" appears in your note, it'll pick that up.

1. Put your cursor after tags: in your frontmatter
2. Run the template
