Sift SDK does not work with httparty 0.24

HTTParty added a fix for GHSA-hm5p-x4rq-38w4 in this PR: jnunemaker/httparty#830

This unfortunately breaks the Sift SDK for us if we upgrade HTTParty when we try to update it to 0.24 in our app:

Requested URI 'https://api3.siftscience.com/v3/accounts//users//decisions' has host 'api3.siftscience.com' but the configured base_uri 'https://api.siftscience.com' has host 'api.siftscience.com'. This request could send credentials to an unintended server.
