Gamepad keybind

Hi. Can you add possibility to keybind gamepad buttons?

To my knowledge only 1 application at a time can have access to the gamepad with XInput (and also needs to be in focus). You would need a middleware to alter that behavior. For example a macro that sends Ctrl+C when doing a gamepad combination, maybe that would work.

@leMicin Ctrl+C works, but Ctrl+Alt+C might not work when in controller mode (I think it only copies the Ctrl+C version of the text)
