Description
MSA Nigeria (Ahmadiyya Muslim Students' Association) operates across multiple states and university units nationwide. Historically, organizational knowledge — meeting minutes, monthly activity reports, executive correspondence, and external letters — was scattered across Google Drive folders, making it difficult for executives to access and retrieve information efficiently.
This project migrates AMSA Nigeria's entire knowledge base from Google Drive to a structured SharePoint document library and builds a custom Copilot Studio agent on top of it. The AMSA Knowledge Assistant allows any executive to ask natural language questions and get instant, cited answers directly from organizational documents.
