SharePoint Brand Center demo, from chaos to consistency #236
Description
Submission Name
SharePoint Brand Center
Description
Today I’m walking through the SharePoint Brand Center and how it helps you bring order to the usual “where is the latest logo?” mess.
In this quick demo, I show how you can centralize brand assets like images and document templates, make them available across SharePoint, and surface them directly inside PowerPoint where people actually need them.
We also touch on one of the most interesting pieces, AI-powered image tagging. Upload your assets and SharePoint will automatically generate tags to make them easier to find. If something looks off, you can flag it and help improve the experience.
This is one of those features that sounds simple, but has a real impact. Cleaner assets, better consistency, and fewer random files floating around Teams chats and personal OneDrives.
Over the past couple of months, Pete Simpkins and I, Diego Domingos da Silva, have been demoing this at Community Days and talking to a lot of users about it. It keeps coming up as something that’s easy to set up, yet still not widely known, so it felt worth putting it in front of the community one more time.
If your organization is serious about governance and getting ready for Copilot, this is worth a look.
