Improve Responsivness

• Header and footer do not scale with decreasing app window size. This becomes problematic for example in the map app or when viewing on small devices. Making the footer dissapear after a certain size may also be an option.
• Embedding the App somewhere might warrant the removal of header and footer alltogether
