Describe the bug

Always when I watch a show or movies I have to switch to Spanish (Spain) and listen to know if the Spanish is from Latin America or Spain and the subs from Spanish Spain is not working (shows the subs are from a random language) and I have to switch to Spanish from Latin America that is working ok. Could you fix it ? Please.
