      "message": "*Outbound Funds Module Fundseeker Starter Portal Template Installer\r\nTerms*\r\n\r\nThe Outbound Funds Module Fundseeker Starter Portal Template (\u201cOFM\r\nPortal\u201d) technology is an open-source package licensed by\r\nsalesforce.com, Inc. or one of its Affiliates (\u201cSFDC\u201d) under the BSD-3\r\nClause License, found at\r\n[*https://opensource.org/licenses/BSD-3-Clause*](https://opensource.org/licenses/BSD-3-Clause).\r\nThe OFM Portal package is dependent on the installation of the Outbound\r\nFunds Module, which is an open-source package licensed by SFDC under the\r\nBSD-3 license.\r\n\r\nBY INSTALLING OFM PORTAL, YOU AGREE TO ITS LICENSE\r\n([*https://github.com/SalesforceFoundation/OutboundFunds/blob/master/LICENSE*](https://github.com/SalesforceFoundation/OutboundFunds/blob/master/LICENSE)).\r\n\r\nImportant: The OFM Portal may not be used to generate, send or\r\nfacilitate messages to third parties (\u201cMessages\u201d) that are unsolicited.\r\nCustomers shall be solely responsible for the creation, initiation and\r\nsending of Messages, including without limitation, complying with any\r\nlaws, regulations, or rules applicable to the sending of Messages\r\n(including obtaining consent to send those Messages) and for the content\r\nof Messages. The OFM Portal may not be used for any purpose related to\r\nestablishing an individual\u2019s eligibility for credit, employment or\r\ninsurance, or for any other consumer-initiated transaction, as such\r\nterms are defined in the U.S. Fair Credit Reporting Act or any similar\r\nlaw.\r\n\r\nThe OFM Portal may be used to send Messages only to those recipients who\r\nhave given customers permission to send them such Messages in accordance\r\nwith any legal requirements for obtaining such permission, or, for email\r\nmessages governed by the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, where the Message can be\r\ncharacterized as a \u201ctransactional or relationship message\u201d as\r\ncontemplated by the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act. Customers shall also be solely\r\nresponsible for complying with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act.\r\n\r\nIf a carrier, aggregator, industry group, government group, or other\r\norganization creates a list of email addresses, telephone numbers or\r\nother addresses whose status has changed \u2013 such as email addresses added\r\nto a \u201cdo not contact\u201d list or telephone numbers that have been assigned\r\nto a new user \u2013 SFDC reserves the right to block Messages from being\r\nsent to those recipients. However, the responsibility for ensuring\r\ncompliance with such lists rests solely with our customer and SFDC shall\r\nnot be liable for any failure to block Messages to such addresses or\r\nphone numbers or for any failure for inadvertently opting out a\r\nrecipient who should be opted-in.\r\n\r\nANY MASTER SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT YOU OR YOUR ENTITY MAY HAVE WITH SFDC\r\nDOES NOT APPLY TO YOUR USE OF OFM PORTAL.
