Even if the deck is available in multiple languages (see Readme) thanks to Anki app used language, opening description still stays in English, as it is embedded as it in json file, and then in .apkg file.
If someone wants it to be translated, this issue would be used tfor that.
I won't develop that for the moment, until it becomes a need.
