[BUG] - The Matching Only flag is not respected with the Summit Events Contact Matching Mappings within the Custom Metadata Types

Describe the bug
The Matching Only flag is not respected with the Summit Events Contact Matching Mappings within the Custom Metadata Types. If a field is referenced as Matching Only, it is being mapped to the new Contact record.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Custom Metadata Types
2. Find the Summit Events Contact Matching Mapping (Managed)
3. Click on Manage Summit Events Contact Matching Mappings.
4. See the fields that are marked as Matching Only
5. Navigate to a new Contact created via Summit Events.
6. See the fields that were populated with the Summit Event action.
7. Found all the fields that were labeled Matching Only and found them in the new record.
