Production Baseline for release/SBN2025A – v10_06_00_01p03

This tag marks the baseline commit for the new release/SBN2025A branch, which will be used for the upcoming 2025 ICARUS production releases

Notes
This release supersedes v10_06_00_01p02, which included PR #831 and PR #827. Shortly after that release, an issue was discovered in PR #827 that needed fixing. To address this, two additional pull requests were included in this new release v10_06_00_01p03:

• PR #833: Fix GPU-enabled WC DNN configurations by moving the CPU setting into the default FCL.

• PR #834: Correct ctoffset to match hit timing between RawDigit and Deconvolved collections.

• PR #831: Patches for 2025A Data Production, including:
  Use of the correct bad channel database tag.
