Adjusments to spacing in RGN

Currently, everything is quite compact in RGN. It would be good to testing adding spacing to make things look more consistent from turn to turn.

For example, the turn number prefixes can vary in length:

8. A
9. B
10. C
11. D

I think an easy win would be to change this to produce:

8.  A
9.  B
10. C
11. D

There could be other spacing adjustments to make the outputs more readable
