Error working with SPA application.

Description
If you want to develop this package with tools like a SPA ( react, angular, vue ). When you include it via NPM by default, 3rd party javascript libraries will probably cause problems in the raw ros2dj.js file
Do not worry! I fixed the problem! :)
I will share this soon! pull request.
