Update the descriptive and technical documentation:

• a bit more in readme.md, mainly "how to install and run"
• upload poster PDF and link from readme
• create basic howto for future contributors (within readme.md or as build.md linked from there): Eclipse install (PDE + EPF), create projects, build, run inside Eclipse, build into standalone (distribution) plugins
• mention logging target directory under "how to run"

When loaded into plain PDE, installed via Eclipse installer -> "for Eclipse committers", project cannot build due to missing EPF dependencies.
