Release Simple project reconform v0.9 (#1702)

- Redesign logic and UI of time adjustments in cases when EDLs don't start from zero.
- New option to analyze time selection (in project tabs) and align reference item to it.
- Fix Report markers track settings related to fixed lanes visibility.
