Add old getting-started code into examples

As mentioned in #1752, now that the getting-started codelab is refactored, the old getting-started code should be moved into examples.

This will help developers who went through the old codelab and want to reference the code of the old one, and also provides an example of handling multiple workspaces.

I think we should just delete the old one.

The old code effectively doesn't exist at the moment since codelabs have been deleted from blockly-samples and I overwrote the old one in the main repo via #10074. So if we're not re-adding then we can close this issue.
