🚚 s/Flory/Wheeler/

I legally changed my name this year. This commit reflects my new updated
legal name in various announcements, talks, and other references across
the RITlug website.  This commit (and others in other repos) were
inspired by a recent hang-out with members of RITlug, RIT faculty, and
various alums during Imagine RIT 2025.
