Settings not being remembered

Description

In 3.16.0 some settings and configuration are not being remembered/restored upon closing and re-opening Proxyman.

Settings such as window location and dark mode are not remembered between closing and re-opening the application
"Some" pinned domains are remembered (seems to be ones that I had added a while ago) but any new ones which have been added are no longer pinned after restarting the application

Uninstalled 3.16.0 and installed 3.6.0 - confirmed that everything was working fine in 3.6.0
Reinstalled 3.16.0 and confirmed that once again it was losing settings and configuration
Another member of our team also confirmed that dark mode was not being remembered on his machine
Haven't checked all settings and configuration yet, only these ones mentioned, but there may be other things too

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install 3.16.0
2. Move window to a different monitor and configure dark mode
3. Manually add some wildcard domains to the pinned domains (e.g. "*.seequent.com")
4. Close Proxyman
5. Reopen Proxyman

Current Behavior

Changes made to settings and pinned domain configuration during that session are not remembered

Expected Behavior

All changes should be remembered and use upon restarting the application

• 3.16.0 on Windows 11
