Discussion points:

• problems with Cu-O tips in simulations (and FDBM model) FDBM simulations with the structure model of the tip #373
• WEB GUI link to be in our README (there is PR adding on-line GUI version to the README #379 for it) PPAFM and PPSTM in web-browser (using WebGL) #372
• XSF reading procedure PR Second step in an attempted cleanup of the CLI part - reverse the index order to make xyz the standard #378 to be merged and sage will continue with a part 3
• PR for logging Logging #368 to be merged after XSF
• Still working on an example for different reading procedures from different codes - there are problems with units, formats and so on. Starts to be more and more important as people as adopting FDBM (Create a DFT example for FDBM testing from different codes #366)
• A new repo with a GUI for comparing ppafm results with experiments to be added
• extra tests on Mac planned (@ondrejkrejci and @NikoOinonen )
• next meeting in ~1.5 month-2 months - @ondrejkrejci will send when2meet.
