prefect-redis currently only supports standalone architecture/single instances.

Add support for Redis Cluster connections: https://redis.readthedocs.io/en/stable/connections.html#cluster-client

We can definitely support Redis cluster for the prefect-redis integration, but just a heads up that we likely won't be able to support Redis cluster for Prefect's background tasks without some significant work: chrisguidry/docket#120

The problem is that Redis Cluster requires that Lua scripts and multi/exec pipelines only affect keys that are all co-located on the same node.
