Fix broken internal links to retired WordPress sections (#20)

Reference-style links in ~11 historical articles pointed at old WordPress
paths that 404 on the Hugo site. Per content-owner decision:

- /discuss/            -> https://forums.powershell.org (live Discourse)
- /ebooks/, /videos/  -> /learning/ (books & videos now live there)
- /games/, /newsletter/, /wp/newsletter, /people/, /members
                       -> de-linked (retired, no equivalent), dropping the
                          bogus titles the migration tool collapsed onto
                          /newsletter/

Scoped to the 17 links enumerated in the issue. Hugo builds clean with no
remaining internal links to these paths and no orphaned reference labels.

The new site theme is perhaps the most obvious; you'll notice that we've also moved a lot of static pages - like the newsletter, Scripting Games, and Summit pages - into the new theme. We've also enabled single sign-on to the site, using Facebook, Twitter, Google, OpenID, WordPress.com, and Live ID (or whatever Microsoft is calling it this week).
