feat(authors): add Andrew Pla and Jordan Hammond profiles

Scaffold author profiles so the rewritten podcast bylines resolve to
real bio cards instead of bare taxonomy pages (per ADR 0002). Slugs
match Hugo's slug of the exact `authors:` strings.
