Describe the bug

if url perpetrator for debugging menu is enabled it can't be disabled without giving the "specific URL"

Steps to reproduce

1. enable debugging menu
2. in debugging menu enable the require url thing for debugging menu
3. now you can't disable that since you can't access the debugging menu and deleting all of the app data in library/application support/onelauncher does not fix it

Expected behavior

You should have a way to disable that option without having access to the debug menu
