(feat): i18n support

I use the oneconfig mod to write some mods, but the English-only page is not very friendly to users in other countries, and I think it can be added to the i18n function as well as the translation platform

Add language selection to the game and equip your project with a translation guide

I can follow up on the Chinese Simplified translation for a long time
