Manage team member lists and their information

The dashboard should provide a comprehensive way to view and manage all members within each team.

Proposed features:

1. View list of all team members
2. Display member information (name, role, join date, etc.)
3. Add/remove members from teams
4. Edit member details and roles
5. Search and filter functionality

Access control: Only users with specific roles (e.g., Capo Admin, team leads) can access the census/member data through the dashboard.
