What happened?

When you try to unwear yourself, the cosmetic will dupe. There could be a way for the player to not be able to take it out somehow, like in survival mode.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Put /gamemode creative
2. Wear a cosmetic
3. Try to remove the cosmetic from the body and do some other action, it will return to the body but the cosmetic you removed will remain in the inventory.
