#includes not working in PE6, must use picaxepreprocess.py

PE6 seems to not like some of the include files, probably because of how the /include subdirectory is set up. Might be fixable by making more consistent use of file paths, or might not work without everything in the top level directory. 

Workaround is to use picaxepreprocess.py, and program compiled.bas onto the chip. TODO: better documentation of steps.
