No way to pass parameters via command line in console mode

When running in console mode, the connector depends on environment variables and doesn't support command line paramters

@SeanFeldman Thanks for raising this. Is my understanding correct that it would be more convenient to pass the arguments compared to setting the environment variables for the current session in your favorite shell?

Correct, @danielmarbach. When executing the connector locally via the command line (due to AWS WorkSpaces restrictions and the inability to run Docker), it's simpler to pass the parameters on the command line rather than ensuring those environment variables are set. The host already has support to accept parameters, but it's just limited atm.
