Performed the following updates:
- Updated Magick.NET-Q16-AnyCPU from 14.6.0 to 14.7.0 in
/ImperatorToCK3/ImperatorToCK3.csproj
- Updated PGCG.commonItems from 15.1.10 to 15.2.0 in
/ImperatorToCK3/ImperatorToCK3.csproj
- Updated Polly from 8.6.1 to 8.6.2 in
/ImperatorToCK3/ImperatorToCK3.csproj
