1. We have many unused dependencies in the repository

Describe the solution you'd like

1. We need to have a GitHub action that fails if unused dependencies are found in the package.json file.
2. The GitHub action must be able to exclude dependencies that are not directly in the code base. For example those required for our Husky pre-commit tool
3. The solution must used non-deprecated and actively maintained repositories
4. All tests must be valid and pass

Here is a non-exhaustive list of the reasons why.

1. You keep using AI to write code without context.
2. You repeatedly ask CodeRabbit.ai to write code in the PRs that cause them to fail
3. You ask for reviews when the PR CI/CD fails
4. You SPAM requests for issue assignment which is against our policy.
   1. It appears that you are using an automated process for this too. This means you don't intend to let others have a chance to participate in our community.
   2. You have asked to be assigned to almost 100 issues and in many cases over ten times, some within minutes of each other. You have even asked to be assigned closed issues.
5. You repeatedly submit PRs without following our template, expecting AI to fill in the blanks. This is against our policy
6. Of 29 PRs you have closed only 3 have been merged.
7. You have ignored most requests to change
8. Some of your PRs have 100s of commits that appear to be automated without human intervention
9. You have been warned about this behaviour and there has been no change.

You are wasting our time. Have more consideration of our volunteers time. Your work will now be given very low priority.
