Improve documentation with a few examples as to how to use this in place of serde_json

Currently this package, while seemingly exactly right for my usecase, has zero documentation for how it can be used in place of serde_json. It also doesn't expose any convenient helper functions at package top level.

Like... I know it's fun to code and writing documentation feels like eating your vegetables, but this is honestly kinda disappointing.

I'm going to use a different library. It looks like y'all put in a big amount of work, but to me it's about as useful as a fidget spinner without an instruction manual.

After reading the documentation for an entirely different crate (serde itself,) I figured out how to use yours.

I probably did it wrong, because using it made my code slower.

2/10 miserable refactoring experience, waste of two hours and yelling at my screen.

Hi, I know it's frustrating if documentation is not sufficient. I have been there myself.
There is a usage example though, but it doesn't cover OwnedValue yet.
