This is a tutorial for limsim simulator only + sumo & carla.

I'm wondering if you can add some description or tutorial into README.md.

I tried to modify the files in TrafficManager, and encountered the following error:

No such file .... 'path-to-drivearena/TrafficManager/LimSim/sumo_integration/./data/vtypes.json'
