Refactor short closures into multiline ones and the other way around

Description

I would love for phpantom to provide the ability to swap between short and multiline closures using code refactoring.

Use case

It happens very often to swap from a short closure to a multiline closure when one line isn't enough anymore, and the other way around.

Indeed, my bad! Honestly though, it's the short to long closure that's the most useful. 😌
