Remove Plan9K from loot disks (?) #80

In a discussion about the 1.16 port, at one point asie said

Regarding plan9k, we are planning to drop bundling it in OpenComputers 1.8.0 regardless. Don't worry too much about it, but it's good to use as a testcase for OC1 API compatibility.

Should we do this? I don't at all have any context surrounding how P9K got bundled in the first place. All I can objectively say at this point is that the main P9K repo hasn't seen a commit in ~10 years.

P9K seemed cool, but I only ever played with it briefly in creative a handful of times.
Payonel seemed to think several years ago that OpenOS caught up.

I guess it's not actively hurting to leave it alone and continue shipping it, but perhaps it is better to remove it so that no one issues bug reports against it...
