[meta] Patch 7.4 Update Tracking

This issue serves as general checklist of necessary updates and (anticipated) content we intend to support following the release of Patch 7.4. The checklist will be updated as needed with additional work items/content changes after patch notes are released or as additional work items are identified.

I'm planning to start rough timelines for the mistwake dungeon.

Recently I'm taking a temporary break from FFXIV and unable to update jobs module.
Feel free if someone want to update it. GNB might be the only module that need update.
(Bloodfest cooldown, GnashingFang charge, maximum Cartridges under Bloodfest)

Alright, M9 and M12 normal are PR'd. I don't plan on touching M10, I wasn't really a big fan of the fight, and JLGarber is already tackling M11.

I might take a look at Doomtrain Normal this weekend, but no guarantees on that.

I'll maybe look at 10n after I finish 11. I'm probably 90% of the way through, mostly I'm stuck on the weapon sequence triggers. There's some new-to-me stuff this encounter that's requiring a little more research than I was expecting. If I can't get it done by tomorrow I'll PR the timeline and do the triggers/oopsy over the weekend.

A very basic implementation for Mistwake dungeon is at #870

The loops are probably wrong, but I haven't gotten longer pulls to confirm where a real loop point would be. These loop points work for my own timelines so far and might be "good enough" since the fights are short. Basic triggers, but we might want some adjustments for some of these.

Yeah, I thought I would have more time over Christmas than actually ended up happening. If you have the time to look at timeline/triggers for 10, I'll try to get through Oopsy for the normals this week. Once Savage starts I don't expect any of us to have time for anything else.

Speaking of Savage, is the plan to push ASAP or to hold for week 1 prog? I was extremely sick last tier for week 1 so I couldn't contribute much, but based on how the first tier this expac went, I won't have time to handle feedback/changes for PRs at all week 1.

If we have stuff ready to go we could send as frequently as nightly, but it usually comes down to a lack of time to develop/test/review during week 1.

Agreed. I usually am late to the savage party so I haven't been able to contribute week 0 much unfortunately.

I'm slowly coming out of (long) hibernation, and will be raiding more casually this tier, so I may be able to drop some early stuff for m9/m10. Dunno how fast prog will be for the top floors though.

for m9s, it looks like the biggest thing missing is callouts for the first add phase with her doing cleaves north/south and dodging the glowing section of the roller. I am going to try working on figuring that out over the weekend.
