Kubernetes 1.16 requires some Helm chart changes

Several Kubernetes APIs are being deprecated, we'll need to replace them in our charts before this upgrade.

The email just said "later this year" but a reminder will be sent out before it happens.

Sounds good - thanks for alerting us. Hopefully by then we'll have deprecated the DApp :)

Dapp depreciation won't get rid of this requirement. We have other important services running on the kube cluster that other things depend on. IPFS especially.
