Tags with longer names are hard to read and select + missing text cursor

When timeline tag names get a bit longer, they become hard to read and difficult to select.

Clicking the intended tag is unreliable to impossible unless you zoom in far in the timeline, which breaks the workflow.

A possible improvement could be to place tags on separate rows when needed, so longer names remain readable and selectable without affecting the workflow.

Additional UI papercut:

When editing a tag name in the tag properties, the text cursor is not visible.
The cursor position seems to be handled correctly internally, but there is no visible caret, which makes text editing confusing.
