Frame Duration directly editable in Timeline bar

Currently, in order to change the duration of a frame, you have to:
Right-click on the frame -> open Properties -> adjust the value in the dialog -> press OK.

When fine-tuning animation timing, this is quite cumbersome.

It would be great if frame duration was directly editable in the timeline bar.
This would make animation timing tweaks much faster and more intuitive.

Hy 👋, it may be hard to implement this easily, can you give some idea of how it should look UI wise?

Though you can already change the duration of all frames using the FPS slider.

Also, there's a PR open that allows changing the time of entire tag as well #1312

What I’m thinking about is something per-frame-specific, to quickly tweak local timing of the individual selected frame without opening the properties dialog each time.

UI-wise, a numeric field (like in the properties dialog) could appear on the right of the per-frame controls, showing the duration factor of the currently selected frame. This seems like the most logical position to me. Editing that field would immediately update the selected frame’s duration.
