[Bug]: Phone number field in sign up form is takes more then 10 digit and it takes takes character also.

Issue Description

When user click sign up to create account. in sign up for there is no validation for "phone" field its take number , chacter and unique character also.

Expected Behavior

solution : phone must be 10 digit length and it must be number

Current Behavior

phone field its take number , chacter and unique character also.
