Make internal links relative

Make sure that the whole repo does not contain links like
```
https://openprinting.github.io/a/b/c
```

Replace them by just
```
/a/b/c
```

This makes moving the site to another place in the future much easier, also makes the site survive if GitHub changes its site structures.
