announce the package on the (new) OM web site 

We should really announce the availability of this via the OpenMath (Tom?) and and ODK (Luca?) channels (once it is sufficiently ready and tested).

For this we need 
* a better README
* testing (e.g. in a nice SCSCP example) 
* ...
