Implement locking mechanism

- Hypervideo needs to be "locked" (not editable by other users) when editing starts & unlocked when editing is finished (hint: current saving points / "Save?"-Dialog)
- Server needs to add "[filename].locked" files
- Client needs to signal begin and end of editing to the server
- Users need UI hints on what is happening ("Someone else is currently...")
