Release 9.4.2 missing the docker image.

 - Gate version or commit hash: Release 9.4.2

**Minimal example**
docker pull opengatecollaboration/gate:9.4.2-docker

**Expected behavior**
docker creates a virtual gate for the 9.4.2 release
