Goal

Deliver deterministic endpoint policy and Tailscale bridge reliability for OpenBrowser v1.1.1.

Scope

• Shared endpoint policy module for normalize/classify/trust checks
• Tailscale-first bridge candidate probing with localhost fallback
• Actionable bridge status outcomes (reachable, token missing/rejected, URL invalid, host permission missing)
• Runtime permission flow for explicit bridge origins

Acceptance

• Bridge/local/cloud routing deterministic and tested
• ts.net URL workflows validated in options and background
• No regression in existing local bridge usage
